Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering individualized nursing care, using the nursing process, and collaborating with physicians and the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate care for travelers assigned by Solutions By Sanford. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license.

A minimum of one year of experience and six months of travel experience, plus residence within 60 miles of Fargo, ND, are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Assess patient needs, provide education, triage, and perform nursing interventions as appropriate to the setting.
• Practice within the scope and standards of nursing as defined by state licensure.
