Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for travel assignments nationwide, with a focus on serving underserved communities. The position is based in Fargo, ND, at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr, with 14-week contracts and weekly pay that includes stipends.

Benefits are available and contracts may extend or transfer to other Sanford sites. Candidates must have at least one year of nursing experience, and travel experience of at least six months.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice; multi-state licensure if NLC state.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Deliver patient education, triage, and coordination of care within licensure and standards.
