Job summary

Solutions by Sanford is seeking an RN for travel assignments in Bismarck, ND. Contract is 14 weeks with extension options and site transfers possible.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of nursing experience, at least 6 months of travel experience, and live 60 miles from the assignment location. The RN will provide nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, using the nursing process and adhering to licensure and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all phases of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate care, conduct patient assessment and education, and perform triage and nursing interventions.
• Adhere to Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards and ethics.
