Job summary

Solutions By Sanford in Fargo, ND is seeking Registered Nurses for travel assignments across the Sanford network. RNs provide bedside care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and staff to plan, implement and evaluate care, and supporting patient education and triage.

Contract lengths are 14 weeks with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site. Weekly pay includes a benefits package; applicants must have an accredited nursing degree and a valid RN license.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in state of practice.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional staff to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinates patient assessment, education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
