Solutions By Sanford is hiring experienced Registered Nurses for travel assignments at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. Contracts are 14 weeks with extensions possible. You will be paid weekly with Sanford benefits and must meet nursing licensure requirements.

Experience of at least one year and six months of travel experience is preferred. Location is Fargo, ND with day shifts and a 36-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
• Collaborates with other inter‑professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise and utilizes age/population specific standards.
• Cares for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
• Responsible for planning and coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage and various other nursing interventions.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
