Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Solutions By Sanford provides individualized nursing care at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborating with physicians and other professionals to support patients across the continuum.

This travel position offers 14-week contracts, weekly pay with benefits, rotating 12-hour shifts, and a 36-hour weekly schedule, with potential extension to other Sanford sites.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license and Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Multistate licensure may be required depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Care for patients across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Coordinate patient education, triage and a variety of nursing interventions within scope of practice.
