Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. The RN will deliver individualized care, collaborate with the care team, and coordinate patient assessment, triage and education across rotating 12-hour shifts.

Eligible nurses will have an accredited nursing degree and an active RN license with state certification. All offers include a drug screen and background check per policy.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold an active RN license.
• Multistate licensure accepted where applicable.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications for the department.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across shifts.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, triage and discharge planning as needed.
