Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, patient assessment, and education across settings.
• Triage and perform nursing interventions within scope and standards of practice.
• Maintain competencies and comply with licensure requirements and ethical standards.
