Job summary

Solutions By Sanford in Bismarck, ND is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for travel assignments. You will deliver individualized nursing care, using assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation, while coordinating with physicians and the care team.

You must have an accredited nursing program background, an active RN license, and at least 1 year of experience, including travel. Contracts run for 14 weeks with the option to extend or relocate to another Sanford site.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in state of practice or compact licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the full nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues.
• Coordinate patient care, education, triage and follow-up.
