Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care, assessment, planning and coordination for patients at Sanford Broadway Medical Center in Fargo, ND. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver evidence-based care across all stages of the patient journey.

The ideal candidate has an accredited nursing education, an active RN license, and a commitment to patient education and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice.
• Strong collaboration with inter-professional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to plan and evaluate care.
• Conduct patient education, triage, and coordination of care across settings.
• Ensure care aligns with state practice acts and professional standards.
