Solutions by Sanford is seeking Registered Nurses for travel assignments at Sanford Broadway Medical Center in Fargo, ND. The role involves 12-hour rotating shifts and a 36-hour work week with weekly pay and comprehensive Sanford benefits.

Contracts run for 14 weeks with options to extend or relocate to another Sanford site. The RN is responsible for delivering patient-centered care across prevention, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up, collaborating with an inter-professional team and ensuring

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA or equivalent) required.
Currently hold an unencumbered RN license with the state board where practice occurs (multi-state license acceptable if applicable).
Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

Apply the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional staff to plan and evaluate care.
Coordinate care, perform patient education, triage and other nursing interventions.
Work within nursing standards and ethics as defined by state and professional guidelines.
