Job summary

Solutions by Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. The role focuses on using the nursing process to deliver individualized patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of nursing experience and 6 months of travel experience, with a valid RN license. Contracts are 14 weeks with the potential to extend or relocate to another Sanford site. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, AACN, Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• The RN uses the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients and collaborates with inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Functions within the scope and standards of nursing practice and adheres to applicable state rules and ethics in nursing care.
