Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr, Fargo, ND. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the health care team.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree and an active RN license, with BC/BS benefits and a 14-week contract option across Sanford sites. Weekly pay is provided with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in state of practice (or multi-state license).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Care for patients across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinate patient education, triage, and nursing interventions within scope of practice.
