Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Provide patient education, triage, and care coordination across all phases of care.
