Adventist Health Ukiah Valley - Westways in Ukiah, CA seeks a licensed Pharmacist for a travel assignment. You will verify and fill orders, monitor patient therapies, and participate in clinical rounds with rotating day shifts on a 40-hour week.

Requirements include CA pharmacist license, PharmD preferred, ACLS/BLS, inpatient experience, and strong attention to safety. This 13-week assignment offers full-time hours, comprehensive benefits, and competitive weekly pay in a supportive community

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in the state of practice: Required
• All licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties of a Pharmacist at the state level: Required
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy: Required
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree: Preferred
• One year of technical experience: Preferred
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience: Preferred
• ACLS: Required
• BLS: Required
• PALS: Required

Responsabilités

• Verify and fill orders for medications, ensuring timely compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide drug information.
• Identify and troubleshoot potential medication safety hazards.
• Document all interactions for medical review.
• Supervise and direct support personnel.
• Participate in clinical rounds and pharmacy-related tasks.
