Qualifications

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• NBRC‑CRT certification.
• ACLS, BLS certifications required.
• Possible PALS and NRP certifications may be needed.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, and lifting 20–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in various clinical areas.
• Administer respiratory and cardiology modalities.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Clean and maintain respiratory and cardiology equipment.
• Perform arterial puncture and analysis.
• Interact with healthcare team for optimal patient care.
• Respond to situations requiring respiratory support.
