Qualifications

• Candidates must have a license to practice.
• Travel only: local not allowed; live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission; religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HWL Program - Northside Hospital and no current placement at that program.

Responsibilities

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
• Schedule varies; every other weekend.
• No call.
• Work 1 minor holiday: Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve.
