Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a Traveling Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week assignment in Albany, Oregon. The role requires 36 hours per week across 12-hour shifts, with dayshift coverage and travel requirements.

The contract position emphasizes delivering high-quality respiratory care and collaborating with physicians and nurses. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and hold CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Current CPR or BCLS certification required.
• BCLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and recommend a treatment plan.
• Provide respiratory care to patients with critical/complex conditions.
• Insert and remove endotracheal tubes as needed.
• Document timely and accurately the patient records.
