Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Meridian, Idaho. The role involves 36 hours per week with 12‑hour night shifts, supporting a variety of cardiopulmonary patients at one of our healthcare partners.

The candidate should hold NBRC credentials and CPR certification, with 18+ months of respiratory care experience preferred, ideally in critical care. Travel and credentialing support are provided by MedPro.

Qualifications

• NBRC credential required and CPR certification required.
• Eighteen months of respiratory care experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and care for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Provide respiratory care to patients per physician orders and policies.
• Participate in development and/or implementation of patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain professional relations with staff, patients and families.
• Instruct patients and caretakers on therapy methods and objectives.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately.
