Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a contract in Burlington, Vermont. You will provide patient care under physician orders and participate in care plans, with a 12-hour shift schedule and a 36-hour work week.

This travel assignment lasts 13 weeks starting 11/30/2026, with weekly pay, housing options, health and life insurance, and a supportive recruiting team to guide you through credentialing and travel logistics.

Qualifications

• Respiratory Therapist credential by the NBRC, and CPR certification required.
• Eighteen months of respiratory care experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and care for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Provide respiratory care to patients per physician orders and established policies and procedures.
• Participate in the development and/or implementation of patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain professional communication with management, staff, and patients.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
