TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Portland, Maine. The RT will provide direct patient care across clinical areas, perform arterial punctures, and operate respiratory equipment, on a 12-hour night shift schedule for 36 hours weekly over a 13-week duration.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of acute care experience and holds BLS and ACLS (PALS/NRP may be required in some areas).

Formación

• 1 year of acute care experience
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS/NRP may be required in some areas
• RRT, NRP, ACLS, BLS qualifications

Responsabilidades

• Administer respiratory and cardiology modalities
• Maintain patient records and documentation
• Assemble, calibrate, and maintain respiratory equipment; report malfunctions
• Perform arterial puncture and analyze samples
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and staff to ensure continuity of care
• Respond to emergent respiratory support needs
