TotalMed Allied is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Lima, Ohio. The role requires 1 year of acute care experience, BLS, ACLS, PALS/NRP may be required, and NBRC certification (RRT).

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• RRT credential required.
• ACLS certification required.
• NBRC certification required.
• Two years of experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer respiratory and cardiology treatments.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Assemble, calibrate, and maintain respiratory equipment; report malfunctions.
• Perform arterial puncture and analyze samples per guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and staff to optimize patient care.
• Respond to emergent situations requiring respiratory support.
