Job Details

• Ratios: 35-45 patients per day.
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts; 36 or 48 hours can be offered.
• On-call requirement as needed, workload dependent.
• No floating to other facilities, only within the unit.
• Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts within a 6-week timeframe.

Patient Diagnoses

Work in a large respiratory care department practicing at the top of their license. Travelers will work in med/surg and ICU step-down units, possibly in the ED, treating adolescents to geriatrics.

Special Equipment

Experience with Servo I, Survo U, Hamilton T1, V60, night-time VPAP, Omni-labs, V30s, and ABL90 ABG machine.

Unit Systems

EPIC experience is required.

Scheduling Type

Per unit needs with orientation from 7 am - 7 pm, transitioning to night shifts from 7 pm - 7 am. Night shift RTs will need a few days of day orientation.

Scrubs

Black scrubs are required.
