Job summary

Focus Staff is currently seeking a Traveling Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week contract in Sidney, MT. The role supports patient care during the COVID-19 crisis, collaborating with physicians and nurses to develop and implement the plan of care.

The assignment features 3x12 night shifts, 36 hours per week, and travel benefits including health insurance, 401K matching, licensing reimbursement, and staffing support across all 50 states.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Respiratory Therapist.
• Maintain current CPR or BCLS certification.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient and recommends a treatment plan.
• Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
• Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
• Performing timely and accurate documentation.
