Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Wichita, Kansas. You’ll work 36 hours weekly on 12-hour shifts, providing patient care across respiratory care services.

You’ll assess, plan, implement and evaluate treatment for patients with breathing disorders, with requirements including a respiratory therapy degree, state license, NBRC, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS, plus 1 year RRT experience.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science.
• Current state license in good standing for Respiratory Therapy.
• NBRC Certification required.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• NRP certification.
• PALS certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an RRT.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate treatment for patients with breathing disorders.
• Provide respiratory care and related therapies as prescribed in the care plan.

• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification

• Minimum 6 months current RRT experience
