Signature Retail Services is seeking a Travel Fixture Installer to join the Remodel Team. The role involves weekly travel to install and set fixtures, manage store resets, and support large-scale remodels for major retailers.

Applicants should have hands-on trade experience, be comfortable with tools, and enjoy travel. W-2 employment is offered with competitive pay and per diem, plus hotels and airfare covered by the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Ability to travel weekly across the assigned region.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, tape measures, box cutters).
• Strong attention to detail; able to work in a team or independently.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and reporting.
• Forklift or OSHA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Physically active role with lifting up to 50+ lbs.
• Overnight travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute large-scale retail remodels and store resets.
• Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle steel fixtures, cantilevers, shelving, pallet racking, and displays.
• Support department teardowns, rebuilds, and merchandising projects.
• Set products, signage, and displays per planograms and project specs.
• Safely operate hand and power tools; training provided.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Work with teammates, project leaders, and store management to meet schedules.
• Complete in-store reporting using handheld devices.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• All other job-related tasks as directed by management.
