Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse for travel assignments in Tennessee. The RN will assist patients in attaining maximum function amid chronic illness or injury and help develop recovery plans.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• One year prior professional nursing experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• CRRN certification may be required per state/client contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in attaining and maintaining maximum function due to chronic illness and/or debilitating injury.
• Assist patients in the recovery process, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimate goal of achieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible.
