Qualifications

• One year of recent Rehab RN experience is required.
• Current RN license in MO is required.
• BLS certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings.
• Prepare patients for surgery and educate on procedures and post‑op care.
• Coordinate holistic care including mobility and ADLs per plan.
• Monitor responses to therapies and communicate concerns to team.
• Administer medications and treatments per safety protocols.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and safe rehab units.
• Assist with safe transport to therapy and other areas.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
