Job summary

Anders Group is seeking a travel Rehab RN to join the team in Madison, WI for a 13-week assignment in the Rehab unit. This role focuses on bedside care, care planning, and collaboration with the medical team to provide high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates hold a WI license (or Compact license), BLS through AHA, and 2+ years of Rehab experience, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment. Housing, meal stipends, and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Current WI RN license or Compact RN license if eligible.
• 2+ years of Rehab experience preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Additional unit certifications may be required.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the Rehab unit.
• Create and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
