Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Rehab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Cape Girardeau, MO. You will provide comprehensive rehab nursing care on a 36-hour week, 12-hour night shifts, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license and BLS certification with ACLS/NIHSS preferred. You’ll receive competitive pay, day-one benefits, and strong support from our clinical team and recruiters.

Qualificações

• One year of recent experience as a Rehab RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilidades

• Complete nursing assessment of patients on the unit and document in records.
• Coordinate care plans and rehabilitation activities with the team.
• Administer medications and therapies per physician orders with proper documentation.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, post-op care, and safety.
• Support patient mobility and ADLs while following individualized plans.
• Ensure a clean, stocked environment and proper room turnover for rehab care.
• Assist with safe patient transport to therapy sessions as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards.
