Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Rehab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Carlsbad, NM. You will provide comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care, conduct assessments, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support patients’ recovery and functional goals.

This travel role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team, with 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts. Start date is 10/26/2026.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Rehab RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessment of patients and document findings.
• Prepare patients for surgery and educate on procedures and post-operative care.
• Coordinate holistic patient care including mobility and ADLs.
• Monitor patient responses and document progress with the team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with proper documentation.
