Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Rehab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Muscle Shoals, AL. You'll work 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, with competitive pay and the support of a dedicated clinical team.

As Rehab RN, you will perform assessments, implement care plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain function. Requires one year of Rehab RN experience, active RN license, and BLS; ACLS/NIHSS preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Rehab RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and document findings.
• Educate patients and prepare for procedures.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and therapies per orders.
• Ensure safety and infection control compliance.
