TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Somerset, KY. The role entails 13 weeks of service, 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts at a travel-friendly facility.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of acute care experience and current BLS/ACLS credentials; PALS/NRP may be required depending on location. NBRC and RRT certifications are preferred as part of the qualification set.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in acute care acute patient settings.
• Must have BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS/NRP may be required in some areas.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in various clinical areas per procedural guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain respiratory and cardiology equipment; report malfunctions.
• Perform arterial puncture and analyze samples per guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and staff to optimize patient care.
• Respond to emergent situations requiring respiratory support.
