Supplemental Health Care is hiring Respiratory Therapists for contract assignments at partnering Hospitals in Warwick, Rhode Island. This travel role offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts and a 13-week contract, with potential extension.

Compensation is competitive and includes full benefits, with support to match the right facility across the country. Ideal candidates have RRT credentials and 1–2 years acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• 1-2 years minimum acute care experience.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• BLS from the American Heart Association is required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle a multi-task environment.
• Basic PC skills such as Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment.

• Provide respiratory care services to individual patients and their families by applying the clinical process in assessment, care planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of care given.
• May respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility and perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Respiratory Therapist Contract Details

• $2,171 - $2,347 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• PM shifts available
• Duties will include but are not limited to respiratory care services to individual patients and their families by the application of the clinical process in assessing, care planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating the care given.
• May respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
