Health Here is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient care across diverse settings using the nursing process from assessment through follow-up. You will collaborate with physicians and a team to coordinate treatment plans and ensure high-quality care in all phases of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.

Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and 1+ year of nursing plus 6 months of travel experience.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide personalized care.
• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate and evaluate patient treatment plans.
• Delivering care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Planning and coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, and applying age/population-specific standards.
