Job summary

Soliant is seeking an experienced Telemetry/Med-Surg RN for a 26-week travel assignment in Greensboro, NC. The role requires an active RN license, BLS, EPIC EMR, and 1+ year tele/Med-Surg experience. Schedule: 3x12-hour nights, every other weekend and holidays, with floating across affiliated facilities.

You will deliver care, administer meds, support rapid response, and work with a multidisciplinary team. The assignment includes housing and meals stipends, healthcare coverage, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Active RN license and Telemetry/Med-Surg experience.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Must pass an EKG exam during onboarding.
• Previous charge nurse or leading shift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care to a Med-Surg telemetry patient population.
• Perform blood product administration, peripheral line care, IV initiation.
• Administer medications including heparin, insulin, and PCA.
• Monitor patients on nasal cannula and practice isolation precautions.
• Activate and collaborate with Rapid Response teams when required.
• Adapt and float to different units and locations as dictated by patient care needs.

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Tele RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week, nights (7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.)
• Length: 26-week assignment (no 13-week options)
• Every other weekend and holiday rotations required
• Charge RN shifts as needed
• Floating required across all affiliated healthcare facilities
