Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland. The Johns Hopkins Hospital SICU unit requires 2 years of ICU experience, RN license, and BLS; preferred to have Critical Care Certification, trauma course, EPIC, ACLS.

Weekend and call obligations apply. Position details include 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, travel employment for 13 weeks with paid, per diem, and housing options.

Qualifications

Strong Surgical ICU experience; 2 years ICU experience and 2 prior travel assignments preferred.
Weekend work: 3 out of 6 weekends per 6-week schedule; Call: 2 calls per 6-week schedule; Holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Care for ICU and post-surgical patients including trauma, transplant, vascular, GI, ortho/spine, and general surgery.
Float as needed to the area of like skill set; work nights on a 12-hour shift.

Current Surgical ICU Experience- 2 years, at least 2 previous travel assignments

ICU patients and post-surgical patients- including Trauma, Transplant, Vascular, GI, Ortho/Neuro Spine procedures and General Surgery.

Patient population: trauma, transplant, vascular, GI, Ortho-spine, oncology

Required: RN License, BLS, strong Surgical ICU experience;

Preferred: Critical Care Certification, trauma course, EPIC, ACLS
