Trinity Health is seeking experienced FirstChoice RN staff for part-time mobile staffing across multiple hospital locations. You will float to units as needed, applying nursing standards and delivering quality care within licensed scope.

Eligible candidates bring RN licensure, appropriate certifications, and 18+ months in Med Surg/Tele/PCU or 2+ years in other specialties. Flexible shifts and premium pay accompany opportunities for travel, per diem, and licensing reimbursements.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• 18+ months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including CC, Surgical, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Must maintain specialty credentials (e.g., ACLS, TNCC).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS obtained through American Heart Association.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Pay Range:

$52.00 - $60.00 (based assignment option and shift). Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
