Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for FirstChoice mobile staffing program. This program offers premium compensation and maximum flexibility, with assignments across hospital locations and regions.

You will float across units as needed, perform nursing assessments, plan, implement and evaluate care, and collaborate with care teams. Minimum 18 months Med/Surg/Tele/PCU experience; 2+ years for other specialties; licensure and required credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Gross Weekly Rate: $2720.00

Only for nurses coming to Michigan from out of state, over 60 miles from home to hospital. You cannot work in the same metropolitan area greater than 12 months in order to receive this rate.
