Job summary

A staffing agency in North Carolina is seeking an Operating Room Nurse who will provide comprehensive care for patients before, during, and after surgery. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in an operating room and be willing to obtain a North Carolina State Healthcare Provider license. Additional certifications in BLS and ACLS are required. The position offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, 401K, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• North Carolina State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one.

THE POSITION

The Operating Room (OR) Nurse will provide care for patients before, during, and after surgery. They will also educate the patient, circulating nurse, and/or scrub nurse, and potentially RN first assistant or operating room director.

Weekly amount stated in the job postings is scaled based on estimated hourly wages and potential stipends available for the location of the assignment.
