Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice Travel Nursing offers premium pay and flexible schedules for RN professionals. Positions involve floating across hospital locations and regions within the health system, delivering care in medical-surgical, telemetry, and related units.

Experienced RNs with at least 2 years of clinical practice and required certifications can join diverse assignments with travel, per diem opportunities, and a 403B plan. Start ASAP with 13-week blocks and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum two years of recent clinical experience across specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS and PALS obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Floating throughout hospital/regions as assigned.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Act independently within licensed scope and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and group needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Pay Range: $63 per hour for local or $31.81-$35.63 per hour + Tax Free Allowance if Qualified
Actual compensation offered will be within the range stated above but vary based on factors including experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, and certification requirements, as well as comparisons to current colleagues in similar roles.
