Trinity Health's FirstChoice RN mobile staffing solution seeks experienced Registered Nurses for part-time night shifts at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, PA. RNs float across units and facilities, adapting to patient needs while delivering safe, evidence-based care within their licensed scope.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in applicable state(s) and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 18 months of Med Surg, Telemetry or PCU experience; 2+ years for Critical Care, ED, and other specialties.
• Maintaining required credentials (ACLS, TNCC, PALS) per specialty; BLS/ACLS/PALS must be AHA certified.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital units and regions as needed.
• Provide holistic patient assessment, planning, and evaluation.
• Implement care plans and delegate appropriately within license scope.
• Collaborate with care teams to improve quality and outcomes.

What you will do:

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Pay Range:

$59.00 - $67.00 (based on assignment option and shift). Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
