Trinity Health’s FirstChoice travel program seeks an experienced Registered Nurse with CVICU and open-heart experience for Mount Carmel East in Columbus, OH. As a traveling RN, you’ll float across units and locations, maintain patient care standards, and adapt to varied settings.

This part-time night-shift role offers premium pay, flexible scheduling, weekly gross rate of $2,844, 13-week assignments, and travel/per diem opportunities, with license and certification reimbursements and 403B

Qualifications

• RN license required in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 24 months of CVICU clinical experience.
• Open-heart and 0-day recovery experience required.
• ACLS/BLS/TNCC credentials required per specialty.

Travel Registered Nurse, RN, CVICU

Position Purpose:

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for premium compensation and maximum flexibility? Explore FirstChoice - Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution! What you will do:

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions


• Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate


• Acts independently & appropriately within license, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area


• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes


• Collaborates with key stakeholders & contributes to quality & improvement practices & outcomes


• Exhibits agility & willingness to take on new & additional responsibilities


• Embraces new ideas & cultural differences while managing competing priorities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.


• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.


• Minimum of twenty-four (24) months of recent clinical experience for CVICU.


• MUST HAVE OPEN-HEART EXPERIENCE AND 0-DAY RECOVERY EXPERIENCE.


• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area ( ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc. ). BLS, ACLS through American Heart Association
