Perform assessments, document care, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition.
Administer medications, evaluate effectiveness, monitor for adverse effects, and coordinate with the team.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and care teams to develop care plans.
Ensure patient safety, infection control, and timely charting; communicate with families.
