Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide bedside care to diverse adult patients in an acute care med-surg setting. Perform individualized patient assessments and develop, implement, and update care plans. Administer and document medications accurately, and manage IV therapy by starting, maintaining, and monitoring IV lines. Provide wound and dressing care, including dressing changes.

Provide catheter insertion and related care as appropriate, and continuously monitor patients for adverse symptoms or clinical changes. Escalate concerns to physicians and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure timely, safe interventions. Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of nursing care and patient status.
