Job summary

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in Indiana. The shift is 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM on a medical-surgical/telemetry unit with high acuity and cardiac patients. You will need an Indiana license or compact license, Epic experience, and ACLS/BLS certifications.

Flu vaccination is required after submission and cross-campus floating may occur. Only travel candidates from >40 miles away will be submitted; local applicants are not considered.

Floating to additional units and locations may be required.
Travel only; local not allowed; live >40 miles from facility.

Responsibilities

Provide care for high-acuity cardiac patients in a medical-surgical/telemetry unit.
Perform tele/12-lead EKG interpretation and initiate titration of drips.
Work flexible hours; 12-hour shifts with 4 shifts per week; weekends/non-exhaustive schedule.
May float to Deaconess Newburgh (IN) and Deaconess Henderson (KY) as needed.
Mentor students or new hires on occasion.
