Healthforce is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for Endoscopy in Atlanta, GA. The 13-week assignment starts 11/16/2026, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and four 10-hour days.

This hospital-based role covers endoscopy and perioperative duties within the surgical/endovascular service line. You'll provide perioperative nursing care, monitor patients, maintain sterile technique, assist with instrumentation, and coordinate with surgeons and anesthesia.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in GA.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 2 years perioperative/endoscopy nursing experience.
• Experience in high-acuity hospital settings preferred.
• Endoscopy/OR perioperative nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for endoscopy procedures and support related endovascular cases as part of the surgical team.
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively, maintain sterile technique, and assist with instrumentation and equipment setup.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure patient safety, optimal outcomes, and efficient case flow.
• Document perioperative nursing care accurately; ensure clear handoffs to PACU or the receiving unit.
• Support patient education, comfort, and post-procedure plans as appropriate within the care team.

Overview

Travel Registered Nurse, Endoscopy in Atlanta, GA. Start date 11/16/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range $2,280 to $2,480 per week with guaranteed 40 hours. Shift: 10-hour day shifts, four days per week. This role takes place in a hospital setting with endoscopy and perioperative responsibilities within a surgical/endovascular service line.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Georgia or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty; experience in cardiac, vascular, or thoracic settings is highly valued
• Endoscopy/OR perioperative nursing experience preferred; ability to work in a high-acuity hospital environment
• Must be able to work in the listed hospital setting and accommodate the shift pattern described
