Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Travel Nurse (RN) for Critical Access Hospitals in rural Montana. The role emphasizes delivering direct patient care, working with interdisciplinary teams, and adapting to remote community needs.

A strong clinical background in acute care with rural experience is preferred, and candidates must be willing to travel on a contract basis. Beneficial qualifications include BLS, ACLS/PALS, and 1+ year of rural nursing.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the applicable state.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in acute care; rural experience a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative teamwork.
• Willingness to travel and work on a contract basis in diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and standards.
