Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults undergoing interventional procedures in the cath lab.
• Monitor hemodynamic status, administer medications as prescribed, and support during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain sterile technique, prepare and verify equipment, and ensure procedural readiness.
• Document assessments, intra-procedural notes, and post-procedure care, including sheath management.
• Collaborate with interventional cardiology, radiology, and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Respond to procedural changes or emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions and communication.
