Responsibilities

• Act as the subject-matter expert for EHS compliance within warehouse operations.
• Implement warehouse EHS policies and procedures aligned across the region.
• Conduct incident investigations and root-cause analysis, create and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct risk assessments related to jobs performed and new equipment, recommend mitigation measures to management.
• Perform OSHA compliance audits and EHS inspections.
• Deliver safety training programs (e.g., forklift, ergonomics, PPE, fire drills).
• Maintain and analyze safety performance metrics (incident rate, lost time, near misses).
• Interface with external inspectors and insurance departments, including OSHA and other regulatory agencies.
• Promote a positive safety culture and safe behavior while complying with Uniuni EHS requirements.
